Make Water Bubble in Photoshop Tutorial

This tutorial will show you how to make a water bubble in Photoshop using almost entirely Layer Effects. You can then use it and resize it to create a nice background or use it as a Graphic in Flash or many other applications. This is my first tutorial so its a bit basic but still very useful to beginner to mid level photoshop-users. Just to clarify: It's the type of bubble that would cling to the side surface of a glass, not just a free floating water bubble which might look different slightly.
