That's pretty slick! ? Have you done or will you be doing an actual face swapping demo/tutorial?
I haven't made one yet but it's pretty much the same procedure. There is a possibility that I will make one focusing just on face swapping and a bit more on how to? blend it in.

This would? have a better effect if you use the brush tool under the layer of the guy and paint some black shadow arround his shoes.. Then use blur on the shadow and make it a little transparent.

Uhm, you mean instead of erasing background of the guy in the tut you paint it black while using the brush? If so, look if you're having the layer mask switched on and are working inside of that layer. Hoped? I could be of a little help, despite my crappy explanation :].
I think this could have worked so much better if the woman was merged into the man's photo rather than the other way around....not just because the photo is a little more quirky up stretching his image will diminish the quality. Also just erasing the outer edges of the layer is a little risky, I find it better practice to use a quick mask to make a? more detailed selection that can be removed in one motion once perfected.
